David Husoy is a transformational business leader with over 20 years of experience leading large national and international organisations. As long-serving CEO of ThyssenKrupp / TKE Australia, he guided the company through sustained growth and complex change, building strong teams and a values driven performance culture.

Alongside his executive career, David has advised elite sporting organisations, supporting CEOs and head coaches on leadership, governance, and performance environments. As a Strategic Advisor, he brings calm judgment, clarity, and real world leadership experience to support the Foundation’s longterm direction and decision making.

Senior advisor

Łukasz Szukała

Guides football technical relevance and global insight

Łukasz is a former Polish international footballer with extensive experience across elite European and international football. He played at the highest level for iconic clubs including Steaua Bucharest and Al Ittihad Jeddah, and competed in the UEFA Champions League.

Beyond his playing career, Łukasz holds a MIP Master’s degree with UEFA.

As a Senior Advisor to the Board, his role is to help guide long term direction, challenge thinking when needed, and ensure decisions remain grounded in both football reality and institutional responsibility.

Łukasz brings calm authority, credibility, and a deep understanding of how football truly works on and off the pitch.
